Peer Mediators

We have a team of trained children who mediate to resolve problems in the playground.

What do we do?

• "We help people to solve their problems"
• "When two people need help sorting a problem out we will help solve it. We will not take sides and the point of peer mediation is so that problems don't waste class time."
• "We are fair and try our best to sit down with someone with a problem. We don't suggest solutions, we let them think of their own and help them from there. If a problem is unsolved we try to follow it up, but sometimes we have to let teachers help to solve serious problems."
